Our typical mosaic tile sample size is approximately 4"x4" to 3"x12", which is sufficient to show the pattern, color and texture of a 12"x12", full size mosaic tile sheet. So that customers will know how our mosaic tile product looks like before making purchase decision. We encourage our customers to order our mosaic tile samples before placing a full size order due to our confidence in the beauty and quality of our mosaic tile.

Occasionally, specific products may be out of stock but samples may still be available because they are on order or made to order, we will check with our warehouse keeper to see that if the sample is available.

It varies from 4"x4" to 3"x12" inches, depending on the tile. The idea behind the sample swatch offering is for that piece to represent the full-size product. We are committed to sending samples that show at least one piece of each color, texture, material, and size that compose the whole piece. For instance, a sample of a single color/material/size tile will most likely be a 4"x 4". The same way a sample swatch of a mosaic tile that has clear glass, frosted glass, natural stone, and different colors in a linear pattern, will be at least a 3"x12".
Because shade variation is inherent in all fired products such as glass and ceramic tiles, we highly recommend our customers ordering samples before a major purchase if they haven't seen the product yet.
The purpose of our sample program is to make sure our customers will receive what they want.
It depends on the tile. Usually it varies from 4"x 4" to 3" x 12". The idea is that a sample must show all colors, finishes, and sizes of a given product. Items that are made of a solid color such as a square mosaic tile, a swatch size of 4"x 4" should be enough to represent it. Some items such as an interlocking mosaic tile that mixes glass, stone, and has multiple colors, its sample swatch will be bigger, such as a 3"x 12".
